They came out and checked our crawl space for mold due to a down poor of rain one night and our sump pump was off due to no electricity to our house. We had a house fire so there wasn’t any electricity.

About a month ago I had a loss and my basement filled up with water, so I called restoration 1 of Evansville. Shortly after I called Brian, Mike, and Shane showed and explained to me in detail the scope of work and even help me get ahold of my insurance company and helped me learn what my coverage limits where they gave me a set do not exceed number and they followed that. They began extracting water, and started the mitigation the same day. Steve and Kevin came out the next day and finished the job and started drying and got my house returned to a safe manner. Restoration 1 of Evansville was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I will use them for any future losses I have.

From our fist visit from Mike Perry to our last visit with Shane Wilhite we were totally satisfied. The tear out crew (Chris n Ozzie) protected our home with protective coverings and cleanly carried out all damaged materials. Several visits in the drying out and treating mold process were excellent and kept us informed of process and progress. The final removal of all the equipment, done by Shane, was quick and cleaned up and hauled off. Left our home in same condition they found it except for the damaged debris that was removed.If you have water or mole damage, Restoration1 is who you need to call. Professional, courteous, through and easy to talk to. Price was same as estimated so we’re happy.

Mike and Brian were outstanding!I walked in to my new home after work to find my basement carpeting saturated! Naturally, I freaked out but calmed down enough to call Restoration 1 and am thrilled that i did!Not only did Mike and Brian came out the same day, but actually got a team together to start working on drying the basement within hours!The entire team was friendly, professional and patient with my very frayed nerves.I want to give a special callout to Chris who came over on a SUNDAY to check the status of the basement.... these guys really go above and beyond!I don't leave many reviews, but this company and these guys deserve 5+ stars for their outstanding service and I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know!Thanks guys!

I had a fire in the fall, during the evening.I called and left a message probably around 10pm.They had responded sometime after I went to bed and again at 5am saying they’d be at my house at 9 that morning.From the time they arrived they were nothing but helpful. The guys are so nice! So understanding as I processed the huge mess caused by the fire.Answered all my questions and were honest and transparent with any information I needed to know.They did an excellent job removing the smoke damage from my home. They were fast too!Multiple contractors complimented the quality of their work.They called me regularly even after they were done, just to check up on how the repairs were coming along and if I needed anything they might be able to help with. I truly appreciated this. It is clear they care.I hope for obvious reasons I never have to call them for this kind of thing again, but if I do, they are the only company on the list! The only guys I will work with. There is no other option.They are absolutely wonderful!Call them and thank me later!

After only living in our house for a couple of months our washer overflowed causing water damage to several rooms on our main floor. We were devastated. The people at Restoration 1 came in and we’re very helpful and a tentative from the get-go. They were reassuring professional and kept us up-to-date during the whole process. Everyone we dealt with at Restoration 1 was professional, kind and knowledgeable. They worked so hard and really seemed to care about our predicament. Matt has really gone to bat for us with our insurance company. The letters, emails and phones calls have gone beyond what I’d expect out of any company. It’s definitely appreciated!! R1 did an excellent job with mold remediation in our home's crawl space. R1 responded quickly and assessed our problem and Brian explained what was going on and exactly what it would take to permanently resolve the issue. Mold or mildew? We weren’t sure so I called to set up a mold inspection. Brian reached out within an hour of my inquiry and although he wasn’t able to service my area, he took the time to ask questions and walk me through how to handle the problem appropriately by reviewing pictures. His friendly advise was above his call of duty.

I highly recommend Restoration 1. They were quick to respond any time I called them and they are the only company out of three who even recognized that I had mold in my basement. We agreed on a price and the crew was here the very next morning. Brian Fitzgerald is very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. I was very pleased with their professionalism as well as their quick response. They did an outstanding job cleaning up the water damage and mold in our bathroom.
