We discovered a major leak in our crawl space late July 19; all local plumbing servies were backed up due until late the following week. Luckily we contacted Bud's plumbing; Luke fixed the leak July 21. He recommended Restoration 1. BEST ADVICE EVER! Inspection was completed July 24; clean-up completed on July 26, on a very long and hot day for the crew. We had NO problems at all with the people from Restoration 1. The support, understanding and clarificatiion of concerns related to cost estimates for work provided being "decided" by estimators outside of the area could not have been more professional and certainly went above and beyond that of what was being provided by our insurance carrier. My insurance company recommended me to Mike Perry at Restoration 1 as they do good work and are thorough. I looked at reviews and it was a no brainer. They have been a complete blessing to my family. It’s been such a vulnerable time for us. One day we were living normal and the next our house is being ripped apart from a water leak and mold. I’ve never put so much faith in a company and I am so glad I did. Our life felt like a nightmare. They were each so kind and compassionate given the situation. They did more than I knew to ask for. About a month ago I had a loss and my basement filled up with water, so I called restoration 1 of Evansville. Shortly after I called Brian, Mike, and Shane showed and explained to me in detail the scope of work and even help me get ahold of my insurance company and helped me learn what my coverage limits where they gave me a set do not exceed number and they followed that. They began extracting water, and started the mitigation the same day. Steve and Kevin came out the next day and finished the job and started drying and got my house returned to a safe manner. Restoration 1 of Evansville was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I will use them for any future losses I have.

From our fist visit from Mike Perry to our last visit with Shane Wilhite we were totally satisfied. The tear out crew (Chris n Ozzie) protected our home with protective coverings and cleanly carried out all damaged materials. Several visits in the drying out and treating mold process were excellent and kept us informed of process and progress. The final removal of all the equipment, done by Shane, was quick and cleaned up and hauled off. Left our home in same condition they found it except for the damaged debris that was removed.If you have water or mole damage, Restoration1 is who you need to call. Professional, courteous, through and easy to talk to. Price was same as estimated so we’re happy.

Mike and Brian were outstanding!I walked in to my new home after work to find my basement carpeting saturated! I had a fire in the fall, during the evening.I called and left a message probably around 10pm.They had responded sometime after I went to bed and again at 5am saying they’d be at my house at 9 that morning.From the time they arrived they were nothing but helpful. The guys are so nice! So understanding as I processed the huge mess caused by the fire.Answered all my questions and were honest and transparent with any information I needed to know.They did an excellent job removing the smoke damage from my home. They were fast too!Multiple contractors complimented the quality of their work.They called me regularly even after they were done, just to check up on how the repairs were coming along and if I needed anything they might be able to help with. I truly appreciated this. It is clear they care.I hope for obvious reasons I never have to call them for this kind of thing again, but if I do, they are the only company on the list! The only guys I will work with. There is no other option.They are absolutely wonderful!Call them and thank me later!
